Victorian Echocardiography Pty Ltd (VEC) is a privately-owned, family-run cardiac ultrasound company that has been in operation since 1997. Commencing as a single person operation, VEC has grown to a highly sought after service, currently employing 8 staff; including 5 Cardiac Sonographers.

Recent investments in state-of-the-art GES70’s has cemented the long-term collaborations VEC has with numerous clinics across metropolitan Melbourne and Gippsland. Boasting crisp cardiac images and an unparalleled accuracy for pathological interpretation, our imaging capacity is applauded by Cardiac Specialists all over Melbourne.
VEC currently contracts its services to MIA Victoria (I-Med Network), St John of God Hospital Group, Total CardioVascular Care, Silk Medical and a number of Regional Hospitals and Clinics.
At the ‘heart’ (yes, pun intended!) of our business model is the offering of same day service inclusive of immediate interim results, with specialist reports available within 48hours and rental of echocardiography machines.
